1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WunderTrove ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are under 18, that you have obtained parental consent to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WunderTrove is a COPPA-compliant educational platform designed for children ages 2-12. The Service includes:

• Educational games and activities
• Creative tools and digital content
• Parent dashboard and monitoring features
• Progress tracking and analytics

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Child Profiles and COPPA Compliance

Child profiles may only be created by parents or legal guardians. By creating a child profile, you certify that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually), depending on the plan you select.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day free trial for paid plans. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. After the trial period, subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WunderTrove, Inc. and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WunderTrove, Inc.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WunderTrove, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
